The way to your first day

Step 1: Apply

Feel free to apply for any position that catches your eye or submit a spontaneous application if you’re enthusiastic about joining us!

Step 2: Call with recruiter

Once you’ve applied, our recruiter will contact you to discuss your background and interest in the role. This is the perfect time to ask all your questions about Oleon or the job.

Step 3: Let’s meet up!

Time to get to know each other. You will be invited for a (digital) interview with one of our recruiters for a deeper conversation about your experience, motivation and ambitions.

Step 4: Interview

You will have an in-person interview at our office, where you’ll meet the team and your future manager.

Step 5: Assessment center

Depending on the role, you may be asked to complete an assessment to demonstrate your abilities and knowledge.

Step 6: Offer & contract

We have the right chemistry! During a digital call we will go through our proposal and you can ask your remaining questions. Before your first day on the job, we will schedule an in-person meeting to sign your contract and meet your new colleagues.
