If you’ve been working somewhere for over 10 years, it’s safe to say that you have found your place. Jonathan started as Control Theory Technician at Oleon but worked his way up to Supervisor of the team he once worked in.

I have achieved this through hands-on experience and learning from my colleagues, as well as through training, which I can continue to do to keep on refining my skills.”

I not only focus on what could be better, but also compliment them when an assignment has been executed well. Moreover, my team members can come to me with new input, questions or any other matter.”
